7. Studio and Clinic Access and Visitor Policy
To ensure a calm, private, and professional environment for all clients, please read the following access guidelines for each treatment location:
Camberwell/Oval. Our Camberwell/Oval studio does not have a waiting area to accommodate visitors.
For privacy and safety reasons, clients are required to enter the studio alone.
Marylebone. At our Marylebone location, a waiting area is available on the ground floor for companions.

8. Arrival, Access, and Studio/Clinic Guidelines
To maintain a calm, professional, and respectful environment for all clients, we requires adherence to the following guidelines. Appointments begin and end at the agreed time, and clients are kindly asked to arrive punctually as a courtesy to others.
Camberwell/Oval Studio
- Arrival Time:
Clients must arrive at their scheduled appointment time. As there is no waiting area, clients are asked not to arrive early and to attend alone. If a client arrives before the appointment time, we may be unable to open the door if another client is in session or if we are preparing the room or cleaning. - Travel Planning:
We recommend that first-time clients plan their journey in advance to ensure timely arrival. - Personal Belongings and Bikes:
Clients should bring all personal belongings into the treatment room (coats and umbrellas may be left at the entrance at the client’s discretion). Clients are responsible for taking all items with them after their appointment. ERES Therapies is not responsible for any items left behind or uncollected within a reasonable time. If a safe location has been offered for a bike, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to bicycles or other personal property left outside or on the premises. - Appointment duration:
The total appointment duration is longer than the treatment duration for all services except reflexology and maternity reflexology. An additional 10 minutes is included to allow for consultation, catch-up, and use of facilities. This ensures your treatment is delivered in full. Clients should arrive at the scheduled time, as the treatment will not be shortened if arriving on time.Reflexology and Maternity Reflexology appointments last 60 minutes in total, which includes consultation, catch-up, aftercare advice, and use of facilities. The hands-on treatment portion is approximately 45–50 minutes.
Marylebone Clinic
- Arrival Time and Access:
Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time as a courtesy to others. Early arrivals may wait in the ground-floor waiting area. Clients should note that arriving too early may mean we are unable to provide immediate access in the building if another client is being seen. - Building Access:
In Marylebone the services are offered at the clinic Next Stop… Wellbeing! located at Unit 13, first floor. There is no reception, and the building is not wheelchair accessible (no lift available). Clients must buzz 13 on the intercom to gain entry. - Treatment Room Access:
