Pregnancy Massage is a safe and nurturing experience tailored to support both mother and baby throughout pregnancy. The pressure is carefully adjusted to your comfort, whether you prefer a gentle, soothing touch or a deeper massage to ease muscle tension. This treatment encourages the release of endorphins, helping to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and alleviate common pregnancy discomforts like back pain, fatigue, and muscle soreness—leaving you feeling refreshed and balanced.

It helps reduce emotional stress and induces deep relaxation, providing relief from aches and pains while releasing muscular tension. Pregnancy massage can ease common discomforts such as back pain, swollen legs, and fatigue, helping mothers-to-be feel more comfortable and balanced throughout their pregnancy journey.

Massage in pregnancy can be safely received from 2nd trimester (14 weeks) onwards. Some underlying medical conditions may require a GP approval.

Please note the pressure is adapted to your needs. I always work within the client’s comfort zone. This is a full body massage including legs, back, arms, neck and shoulders.
